Uplift - Late Summer 2023 - US & Canada

Join me for this 4 week experience to uplift and centre you amidst the heady days of Summer.

This sacred container of women will co-create the magic in which to explore settling, resting, dreaming, awakening & vision.

Are you finding yourself adrift? Perhaps you're caught up in intensity of heady midsummer energy? Maybe you're feeling the pressure of midlife work stress, family worries or just out of sorts? Maybe you've simply lost your mojo....

I've got you covered. This gorgeous little online program, has content delivered direct to your phone as doesnt require big levels of committment. It is light, bright and packed with gentle content designed to help you live a more meaningful life.

This 4 week program will suit you if you:

* Are going through a big transition and need support.

* Need holding on an emotional, physical and spiritual level

* Are used to doing inner work, but need some targeted mind/body practices and energy work

* Are curious about doing deeper work, but are looking for a shorter commitment at this time

* Are looking at stuck patterns in your emotional body that a focussed, self discovery offering will help with.

* Yearn for a deeper connection with the Divine Feminine and the Earth.

* Have a desire for gentle change to nurture new beginnings and to manifest a deeper sense of community that aligns with your soul.

Week 1: Earth

In this week we will allow ourselves to settle into the space by grounding ourselves. We will engage in practices to settle the nervous system like Yoga Nidra & breathwork. To get you back into a steady and calm state of being.

The Earth will hold us through this week and we will co-create a ritual to honour that holding.

Week 2: Water

In this week we will allow ourselves to rest deeper into the space by practicing gratitude and exploring what our daily needs are. We will engage in practices to settle the nervous system. To get you back into a steady and calm state of being.

The Water will bless us through this week and we will co-create a ritual to honour that blessing.

Week 3: Fire

In this week we will allow ourselves to open up into the space of the sacred, of mystery and magic. and exploring what our daily needs are. We will engage in practices to consecrate our bodies and our homes. To get you back into a place of wonder and awe and the magic of the world around us.

The Fire will empower us through this week and we will co-create a ritual to honour that empowerment.

Week 4: Air & Spirit

In this week we will allow ourselves to deepen again but this time into a space of vision and intuition.

We will explore our innate inner knowing and dream into  beginnings become manifest and and explore new horizons. We will engage in practices to consecrate our bodies and our homes. To awaken into a place of trust, vision and personal truth.

Air and Spirit will delight us through this week and we will co-create a ritual to honour that sense of joy and freedom..

The event will be hosted on Whatsapp and you will be sent a link to join prior to the event's start date.
