About the Event

Welcome to your journey back into FLOW.

Join me on the banks of our soul's river and prepare to immerse yourself. 

Flow is a gentle, yet potent commitment to learn how your soul communicates with you and how you can begin to heal.

You may know that water is a wisdom keeper. By connecting with that knowing, we can honour the state of FLOW and travel the rivers of your emotional realm.

This 6 week program will suit you if you:

* Are overwhelmed, tired and dont know where to start.

* Need support on an emotional, physical and spiritual level

* Are used to doing inner work, but need some targeted intuitive coaching and energy work

* Are curious about doing deeper work, but are looking for a shorter commitment at this time

* Are looking at stuck patterns in your emotional body that a focussed, self discovery offering will help with.

* Yearn for a deeper connection with the Divine Feminine and the Earth.

* Desire change, new beginnings and to manifest states that align with your soul longings.

Week 1 - Settle. 

We will learn how to get away form the stress and busy-ness of day to day and settle together inviting in a new way of being. This will include sharing our heart's desires and wishes for our 6 weeks ahead together. Our main aim will be to settle the nervous sytem and learn practical tips on how to respond to the body's cues.

You will be given ample space in each session to explore each theme.

Week 2 - Rest

In this session we will deepen into the settled state and explore how it feels to rest. This will deepen your connection to your body. 

You will learn predomindatly how to stop, listen, undserstand when the body needs rest and respond to what arises. In order for this to happen, we need to be embodied. So you will work with Yoga Nidra and breathwork to help you ground and centre.

Week 3 - Dream

From our rested state we start to explore what we desire. And how we feel about this.

These messages comes through the body. You will learn how to listen more deeply to your intuition and inner guidance

We will work with journalling and guided visualistation in this session. 

Week 4 - Awaken

We will start to understand what it means to be a rested woman. The structure of the session becomes more fluid and intiuitive here. You will explore your creativity and what it means to see clearly and listen deeply. There will be a creative practice or activity in this session.

Week 5 - Bless

In this session I will teach you what it means to honour that which is greater than us. You will honour, bless and sancity your body, your home, your family and relationships. This is a broad and deep area of exploration. There will be ample space for reflecting what it means to you to bless and be blessed. We will work with sacred ritiual within this session. 

Week 6 - Flow

How glorious it will be to enter into this state of flow. We will come together in this spacious session to reflect on what we have learned. To explore how it FEELS for you to be in a state of FLOW. 

You will have a deeper appreciation of what it feels like to be responding to your own rhythms. 

As a group will also explore how we experience this state of FLOW collectivley. Our final practice of Yoga Nidra will sew the seeds of our deepening desires and soul longings.

You will receive notes and a practice on audio file, a ritual in nature and a recording after each session on WhatsApp and email.

You will be supported by me during this 6 week period. I will guide you each and every step of the way.

It will be my greatest joy to see you flowing again.

At the end of the course you will receive access to the course content for a year.

Sessions will last approximatley an hour.
