Why do I find it so hard to rest?Â
Why do I become so overwhelmed in Winter?
Why do I never put myself first?Â
I cant seem to bounce back after the pandemic. Is it just me?
Are these questions that you're asking yourself?Â
It might help you to remember that Winter can be harsh. Our ancestors would worry about whether they would get through the Winter. The days become shorter, colder and darker. Your mood and motivation may be affected. Your pace will absolutely slow and it becomes so tough in this day and age to "keep up."
And are you in need of some deep rest and inner reflection this winter?
Well you're in the right place.
Just for Winter is a 4 week exclusive offering just for women, to help you honour your body and her rhythms in the winter months ahead.
We will meet weekly on a Tuesday evening and begin to deepen our relationship rest and deep inner wisdom.
You will settle in, get comfortable by the virtual fireside and learn how to listen to your bodies' needs. Not only that, there will be space to share your story with other women and be witnessed, held and validated.
According to traditional Chinese Medicine, Winter is a time of rest and reflection. It is a time of going inward and conserving and resoring energy.
Doesn't that sound amazing though?
You will help to create a space for yourself and with my help, be provided with exactly what your body needs
What you will address in these 4 weeks together
Overwhelm
Exhaustion and fatigue

Yoga nidra
Poetry and story telling
Guided visualisation and meditation
Each week there will be a recorded practice like Yoga Nidra to support you through the week and journal considerations to keep you on course.
You will be given space to rest deeply during each session, as well as exploring the healing tools above.
Tuesday Nov 22nd 6-7.30pm ~ SETTLE
In our first session we will focus on resetting the nervous system.
You will learn some practical tips on how to tune into the body's cues and needs.
We will keep it simple in order for you to fully experience how to stop and listen.
Tuesday Nov 29th 6-7.30pm ~ LISTEN
In the second session you will deepen your connection with the body.Â
You will learn how to access your intuitive wisdom.Â
You will also learn how to understand when your body needs rest and recuperation.
For this to unfold you need to be embodied. So we will dive deeper into breath work in this session.
Tuesday Dec 6th 6-7.30pm ~ REFLECT
This session will give you an apppreciation of what it means to be rested.Â
You will tap into your soul's needs and creativity this week.
The practices may have a deeper spiritual element to them.
At this stage, the shape of the session becomes more fluid in response to the group's desires.
Your bond with yourself and your group becomes deeper.
Tuesday Dec 13th 6-7.30pm ~RESTORE
This last session is infused with hope and joy.Â
You will have a deeper appreciation of how you can now show up as a rested woman.
You will share a heart's wish of how you are going to go out into the world form this point onwards.
We will weave your wish or intention into your yoga nidra practice.Â
This will plant your heart's desire deep into the fertile soil of your mind so it may grow into something wonderful in the months to come.
You will be tenderly supported by me through these 4 weeks.
I will guide you each and every step of the way.
It will be my greatest joy to see you happy and rested again.
