Course Overview:

This four-week immersive experience is designed for creative and soulful women seeking to deepen their connection to intuition through the wisdom of nature and the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit.

Each week will focus on one element, guiding participants through experiential practices, rituals, and creative exercises that cultivate inner knowing and intuitive awareness.

By the end of the course, participants will have unlocked the source of their inner wisdom and developed a personal practice for accessing their intuition and applying it in their creative endeavours.

Week 1: Grounding in Earth

Theme: Stability, Nourishment, and Embodied Intuition

Objective: To root participants in their bodies and connect them to the stability and wisdom of the Earth, forming a strong foundation for intuitive practices.

Participants will receive a daily prompt, practice or ritual via Whatsapp.

At the end of the week the group will individually create an altar with Earth elements (stones, plants, soil) and set intentions for the journey ahead.

Week 2: Flowing with Water

Theme: Emotional Depth, Flow, and Intuitive Reflection

Objective: To explore the depths of emotions and understand how intuition flows like water, guiding participants to trust their emotional currents.

Participants will receive a daily prompt, practice or ritual via Whatsapp.

To honour the water at the end of the week partipants will craft their own prayer to the water and offer something back to a body of water as an act of reparation and reverence.

Week 3: Igniting Fire

Theme: Passion, Transformation, and Inner Vision

Objective: To awaken the inner fire, connect with passion and purpose, and transform doubts into intuitive insight.

Participants will receive a daily prompt, practice or ritual via Whatsapp.

Partipants will use the end of the week to craft or choose a “Fire Talisman”—a small, personal object imbued with the energy of transformation and passion. Participants can carry this talisman as a reminder of their inner fire.

Week 4: Soaring with Air & Embracing Spirit

Theme: Clarity, Vision, and Spiritual Intuition

Objective: To open the mind and spirit, connecting with the higher realms of intuition and integrating all elements into a unified practice.

Participants will receive a daily prompt, practice or ritual via Whatsapp.

Creative Exercise: Design a Goddess Eye a simple spiritual or votive object woven from wool using sticks as a frame. This object will represent the potential for opening to the divine guidance for the realms of air and spirit.

Closing Ceremony: Integration & Celebration

On the final weekend participants will gather for a closing ceremony (either online or in person, tbc. This will involve a ritual that honours all five elements, weaving together the wisdom gained throughout the course.

The ceremony will include:

- A group meditation that harmonises Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit within.

- Sharing reflections and insights from the journey.

- Creating a collective altar where each participant contributes a symbolic object.

- A final circle where participants set their personal and communal intentions moving forward.
