Women’s winter warmer.

An online yoga nidra and sharing circle. Come and snuggle up with me before the Winter Solstice. We’ll drink tea, tell stories about ourselves and lie in the arms of yoga nidra.

This will be an easeful and spacious event hosted on Zoom with the intention of celebrating the winter solstice together in the comfort of our own homes.
