Energy Audit

Service Description

Spiritual work can feel like heavy lifting. Discerning, what is intuition for instance And then trusting it. Doubting your natural instincts is one of the biggest blocks of moving on energetically in spiritually. Limiting beliefs, recurring trauma, fragments of a soul loss or past life memories can all contribute to our progress being hampered in one way or another. An energy audit can be a quick and effective way of opening a new portal onto a transitional bridge or potential new time line. After all we sometimes need to feel that our pathway is clear and that we are safe before we can take that leap. So if this resonates with you these sessions might suit you well at the time of transition. What might we cover in a session? Energy work, Guided visualisation, Soul retrieval, Somatic practices Breath work It’s highly unlikely that we will cover all of these because this session is shorter and meant as a precursor to either my soul sessions or a deeper business Oracle session. This is a perfect way to have an introduction to our work together though. So if you are new to this work or just need a top up to keep you going, I’d love to see you inside this mini 1:1 container.
